About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting activities to generate qualified leads and new business opportunities.
- Identify and research target accounts across enterprise, corporate, and public sector markets.
- Execute structured outreach through calls, emails, and digital engagement channels to secure meetings with decision-makers.
- Assess prospects based on business needs, buying intent, and strategic fit.
- Partner closely with Account Managers to transition qualified leads into active opportunities with detailed handover notes.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity within Salesforce CRM.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound B2B ICT sales.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated ability to achieve activity targets and contribute to revenue pipeline growth.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience prospecting specifically across enterprise or government customer environments.
- Familiarity with modern sales engagement tools and structured outreach methodologies.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to grow within technology sales.
