About the role

Responsibilities

  • Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
  • Run high-volume outbound across email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Pre-qualify prospects by verifying portfolio size and PMS integration compatibility
  • Manage and iterate on outbound sequences using HubSpot and Instantly
  • Maintain clean and current CRM data
  • Collaborate with AEs and marketing on sequencing strategy and messaging
  • Test AI-assisted approaches to improve outreach efficiency

Requirements

  • 1+ years in an outbound SaaS SDR role
  • High comfort level with cold calling
  • Process-driven and organized with high-volume management skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or equivalent CRM
  • Self-directed and able to work effectively in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Short-term rental or hospitality background
  • Genuine curiosity about the short-term rental space
