About the role
Responsibilities
- Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
- Run high-volume outbound across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Pre-qualify prospects by verifying portfolio size and PMS integration compatibility
- Manage and iterate on outbound sequences using HubSpot and Instantly
- Maintain clean and current CRM data
- Collaborate with AEs and marketing on sequencing strategy and messaging
- Test AI-assisted approaches to improve outreach efficiency
Requirements
- 1+ years in an outbound SaaS SDR role
- High comfort level with cold calling
- Process-driven and organized with high-volume management skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Proficiency in HubSpot or equivalent CRM
- Self-directed and able to work effectively in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Short-term rental or hospitality background
- Genuine curiosity about the short-term rental space
