Responsibilities

  • Open doors through a data-driven approach to prospecting and building pipeline across key customer segments
  • Persuade prospects of the urgency of climate action and the value of Watershed
  • Communicate with expertise regarding climate and Watershed product capabilities
  • Take extreme ownership of prospecting tools and address inefficiencies
  • Become an expert in climate topics including carbon reduction targets, clean energy, and decarbonizing supply chains

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or sales development
  • Consistent record of over-achieving goals
  • Fluency in both English and German
  • Ability to work from the London office 4 days per week
  • Resilient, adaptive, and collaborative mindset suitable for a fast-paced startup
