About the role

Responsibilities

  • Represent company products and services to financial advisors and business owners
  • Qualify prospects and generate new meetings through outbound calling
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
  • Utilize Salesforce and Salesloft to manage lead lists
  • Master talk tracks to identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate services
  • Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the sales manager

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Creative problem-solving and strong analytical skills
  • Self-motivated for sales coaching and development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or five years of relevant work experience
  • Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, or other CRM software
  • Experience in financial services or small business sales
