About the role
Responsibilities
- Represent company products and services to financial advisors and business owners
- Qualify prospects and generate new meetings through outbound calling
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
- Utilize Salesforce and Salesloft to manage lead lists
- Master talk tracks to identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate services
- Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the sales manager
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales with a track record of exceeding targets
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Creative problem-solving and strong analytical skills
- Self-motivated for sales coaching and development
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or five years of relevant work experience
- Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, or other CRM software
- Experience in financial services or small business sales
