About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate leads
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess potential and understand client needs
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and manage sales activity reporting
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies
- Follow up promptly with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to handle rejection
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as no prior experience is required
