About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate leads
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess potential and understand client needs
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and manage sales activity reporting
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies
  • Follow up promptly with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to handle rejection
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as no prior experience is required
