About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate leads
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess potential and needs
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and manage sales activities reporting
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies
- Follow up promptly with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 0-6 months of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills
