About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate leads
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess potential and needs
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and manage sales activities reporting
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies
  • Follow up promptly with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 0-6 months of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
