About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting by identifying and calling high-value institutional prospects.
  • Prioritize phone-first prospecting to build real human connections with potential clients.
  • Utilize SPIN selling methodology to conduct deep discovery and qualify prospects effectively.
  • Collaborate with founders and commercial leaders to iterate on messaging, objection handling, and sales playbooks.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of PropTech, real estate investment, and SaaS mechanics.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a B2B sales or SDR environment.
  • Proven track record of consistent pipeline generation and high-volume cold calling.
  • Proficiency in French is required.
  • Strong ability to work with ambiguity and a self-directed approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional proficiency in Italian or Spanish to support regional expansion.
  • Experience or strong interest in modern sales tech and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Clay, n8n).
