About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own high-volume outbound prospecting by identifying and calling high-value institutional prospects in the UK real estate landscape
  • Execute phone-first prospecting to build real human connections and earn prospect attention
  • Use SPIN-led discovery (Situation, Problem, Implication, Need-Payoff) to qualify prospects and ensure high-quality pipeline
  • Collaborate with founders and commercial leaders to iterate on messaging, objection handling, and outbound playbooks
  • Deep-dive into PropTech and real estate investment strategies to effectively engage asset managers and family offices

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a B2B sales or SDR environment
  • Proven track record of high-volume cold calling and consistent pipeline generation
  • Strong understanding of SPIN selling methodology and deep discovery techniques
  • Resourceful and self-directed mindset, comfortable working in an ambiguous, early-stage environment
  • Familiarity with HubSpot Sales Hub

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience or high interest in modern sales automation tools like Clay or n8n
  • Fluency or professional proficiency in Italian or Spanish to support European market expansion
