About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute sales prospecting and lead generation to drive top-of-the-funnel growth
  • Conduct cold outreach to prospective clients via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls
  • Perform industry research to identify target markets, growth pockets, and key decision-makers
  • Craft compelling value propositions and push conversations toward product demo calls
  • Support Business Development Managers in re-engaging target accounts
  • Manage and update all sales activities, opportunities, and account information within the CRM

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation or cold sales as an SDR or BDR within B2B SaaS, financial services, compliance, crypto, or RegTech
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to digest technical product specifications
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and other sales intelligence platforms
  • Strong analytical skills for market research and territory planning
  • Ability to consistently achieve monthly quotas for qualified opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Salesloft or similar sales engagement platforms
