About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute sales prospecting and lead generation activities globally, with a primary focus on the Mexico market
- Conduct cold outreach to prospective clients via LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and professional networks
- Perform industry research to identify growth opportunities, define target accounts, and craft compelling value propositions
- Research companies and key decision-makers to ensure highly relevant outreach
- Drive conversations toward product demo calls to build a healthy sales pipeline
- Support Business Development Managers in re-engaging with target accounts
- Manage and update all sales activities, opportunities, and account information within the CRM
Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation or cold sales as an SDR or BDR within B2B SaaS, financial services, compliance, crypto, or RegTech
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to digest technical product specifications
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and other sales intelligence platforms (e.g., Crunchbase, email trackers)
- Strong analytical skills for market research and territory planning
- Ability to consistently achieve monthly quotas for qualified opportunities

- Experience using Salesloft or similar sales engagement platforms
