Sales Development Representative

Through the Steer suite, we allow the shop owner to get back to focusing on what matters, and to stop worrying about marketing and customer retention.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound growth through high volume calls and outreach
• Identify and engage decision-makers and economic buyers
• Master the SaaS product to effectively communicate value during online demos
• Employ a consultative selling approach to tailor presentations to prospect pain points
• Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM
• Qualify opportunities and collaborate with the sales team on deal progression

Requirements

• 1+ years of sales experience in outbound prospecting or business development
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and activity metrics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience performing product demonstrations and consultations
• Ability to work onsite in Waltham, MA

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the automotive industry, home services, or blue-collar sectors
• SaaS background or experience in a high-growth startup environment
• Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
