Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Contact and qualify inbound leads to assess eligibility for trading
• Guide potential clients through the end-to-end onboarding process to secure First Time Deposits (FTD)
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly FTD targets
• Educate clients on trading platforms, CFD products, and account setup
• Build trust through professional communication and address client concerns
• Adhere to company compliance, risk management, and KYC procedures
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM

Requirements

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years experience in a high-performance sales or outbound call centre environment
• Experience with online trading platforms, CFDs, or financial services is advantageous
• Strong closing ability and objection handling skills
• Ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
• High level of computer literacy and CRM familiarity
• Understanding of financial markets, risk management, or KYC is preferred
