Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads from web forms, events, and referrals using strong discovery skills
- Design and execute outbound campaigns via email, phone, social, and video for target accounts
- Generate SQLs and book meetings for Account Executive partners
- Own and close transactional deals end-to-end, including pricing and light negotiation
- Maintain precise CRM hygiene and forecast weekly outputs with accuracy
- Continuously test and learn through A/B testing of subject lines, sequences, and talk tracks
- Represent the brand with consultative, value-led conversations
Requirements
- 1–3+ years in SDR/BDR, inside sales (closing role), or high-volume customer-facing roles
- SaaS experience preferred
- Demonstrated success in inbound qualification and outbound prospecting
- Comfort closing transactional deals and performing light negotiation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Lemlist, Exa, Indent, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Organized, curious, and coachable mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in EdTech or language learning
- Understanding of qualification frameworks like MEDDPICC or BANT
- Ability to succeed in a rapidly changing environment
