About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting activities using automation, AI, and advanced tactics to generate new opportunities
- Research and qualify prospects and accounts to ensure they meet technical and business requirements
- Communicate the SolarWinds value proposition effectively via phone and email to address customer pain points
- Conduct high-impact, 5-minute "first-touch" online product demonstrations for technical and non-technical audiences
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and manage weekly/monthly pipeline creation commits
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in lead qualification, sales, or as a Sales Development Representative
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Exchange
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Self-starter mentality with a passion for learning about new products
