Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and live chat within minutes of inquiry
• Follow up with working leads in daily queues and manage automated sequences
• Manage call steps and respond to inquiries from hand-raisers
• Maintain 100% accurate records of all interactions in Outreach
• Set meetings for sales representatives across the world

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in inbound sales or lead development roles
• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Outreach and Salesforce
• High emotional intelligence and self-organization
• Resilience to rejection and a hunter mindset
