Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect a portfolio of SMB accounts through phone, email, and social selling
• Identify and qualify prospects' training needs to drive business growth
• Present professional training offers and solutions to potential clients
• Book qualified meetings and assist in closing deals where relevant
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including leads and opportunities
• Meet and exceed individual activity and revenue targets

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in prospecting or sales
• Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is essential
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to persuade and build relationships
• High level of resilience and a positive attitude toward overcoming objections
• Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and stay organized
• Proficiency with digital tools and phone-based outreach
