Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads through calls, chats, and contact forms
• Identify and share relevant data insights to demonstrate product value
• Drive outbound prospecting efforts to generate new pipeline
• Schedule meetings between prospects and sales managers
• Partner with marketing to execute campaigns for the registered user base

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience
• Native Japanese fluency
• Proficiency in English
• Strong work ethic and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing or marketing experience
• Experience with Salesforce
