About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify target customers and decision-makers
- Proactively engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound sales leads from events and marketing campaigns
- Assess leads based on BANT criteria and schedule appointments for sales executives
- Represent Shiji at key industry events and assist in event preparation
- Maintain accurate contact records in Zoho CRM
- Collaborate with sales executives to refine outreach strategies and target accounts
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach and lead generation
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in the office 5 days a week
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the hotel or hospitality technology industry
- Demonstrated consultative sales skills
