About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify target customers and decision-makers
  • Proactively engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound sales leads from events and marketing campaigns
  • Assess leads based on BANT criteria and schedule appointments for sales executives
  • Represent Shiji at key industry events and assist in event preparation
  • Maintain accurate contact records in Zoho CRM
  • Collaborate with sales executives to refine outreach strategies and target accounts
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach and lead generation

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in the office 5 days a week
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the hotel or hospitality technology industry
  • Demonstrated consultative sales skills
