About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop new leads and communicate with customers to understand their needs
  • Build rapport with customers over the phone and provide expert customer service
  • Manage leads, generate bids, and prepare quotes in accordance with SGS standards
  • Conduct discovery sessions with qualified and unqualified leads
  • Execute market and customer research using tools like Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
  • Maintain lead and client inquiry database in Salesforce
  • Generate customer-related documentation including proposals, NDAs, and service agreements
  • Support the sales pipeline through bid site monitoring and cold calling initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • C1 English fluency or better
  • 2 years of prior experience, preferably in professional services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows suite, LinkedIn, and Salesforce
  • Experience with Pandadoc, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, or S&P platforms is a bonus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
