About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop new leads and communicate with customers to understand their needs
- Build rapport with customers over the phone and provide expert customer service
- Manage leads, generate bids, and prepare quotes in accordance with SGS standards
- Conduct discovery sessions with qualified and unqualified leads
- Execute market and customer research using tools like Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
- Maintain lead and client inquiry database in Salesforce
- Generate customer-related documentation including proposals, NDAs, and service agreements
- Support the sales pipeline through bid site monitoring and cold calling initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- C1 English fluency or better
- 2 years of prior experience, preferably in professional services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows suite, LinkedIn, and Salesforce
- Experience with Pandadoc, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, or S&P platforms is a bonus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
