About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop new leads and business opportunities to convert into sales
- Conduct discovery sessions with qualified and unqualified leads
- Contact prospective and existing customers to discuss needs and provide SGS solutions
- Manage leads, generate bids, and prepare quotes in accordance with SGS standards
- Maintain lead and client inquiry database in Salesforce CRM
- Execute market and customer research using tools like Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
- Provide proposal and opportunity intelligence to Sales and Marketing teams
- Generate customer-related documentation including NDAs, service agreements, and statements of work
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business background
- C1 English fluency or better
- 2 years of prior experience, preferably in professional services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows suite, LinkedIn, and Salesforce
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior phone sales experience
- Experience with Pandadoc, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, or S&P platforms
- Mining industry experience or education
