About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop new leads and business opportunities to convert into sales
  • Conduct discovery sessions with qualified and unqualified leads
  • Contact prospective and existing customers to discuss needs and provide SGS solutions
  • Manage leads, generate bids, and prepare quotes in accordance with SGS standards
  • Maintain lead and client inquiry database in Salesforce CRM
  • Execute market and customer research using tools like Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
  • Provide proposal and opportunity intelligence to Sales and Marketing teams
  • Generate customer-related documentation including NDAs, service agreements, and statements of work

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business background
  • C1 English fluency or better
  • 2 years of prior experience, preferably in professional services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows suite, LinkedIn, and Salesforce
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior phone sales experience
  • Experience with Pandadoc, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, or S&P platforms
  • Mining industry experience or education
