Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm, qualified leads
- Discover prospect goals, challenges, and current stage
- Set high-quality strategy calls with the Publishing team
- Represent the brand at 2–4 live events per month
- Speak confidently on stage to share the company mission
- Collaborate with the sales team to build a world-class organization
Requirements
- Proven sales experience with $150K+ in total past sales
- Experience with CRM and structured sales processes
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently (2–4 events per month)
- Must live in the Austin area (Westlake proximity)
- Comfortable speaking in front of large audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- $1M+ in lifetime sales
- 1–2 years of high-performance sales experience
- Experience with high-volume, low-ticket sales
- Previous public speaking or event experience
Benefits
- Base Salary: $35,000
- OTE (Year 1): $60,000–$120,000+
- Uncapped commission
