Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to warm, qualified leads
  • Discover prospect goals, challenges, and current stage
  • Set high-quality strategy calls with the Publishing team
  • Represent the brand at 2–4 live events per month
  • Speak confidently on stage to share the company mission
  • Collaborate with the sales team to build a world-class organization

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with $150K+ in total past sales
  • Experience with CRM and structured sales processes
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently (2–4 events per month)
  • Must live in the Austin area (Westlake proximity)
  • Comfortable speaking in front of large audiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • $1M+ in lifetime sales
  • 1–2 years of high-performance sales experience
  • Experience with high-volume, low-ticket sales
  • Previous public speaking or event experience

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $35,000
  • OTE (Year 1): $60,000–$120,000+
  • Uncapped commission
