Sales Development Representative (SDR) Trainee

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
• Identify and engage key decision-makers across global enterprise markets
• Qualify leads by asking strategic questions to identify genuine buying signals
• Book well-qualified meetings for Account Executives to build a healthy sales pipeline
• Maintain high standards of CRM hygiene and structured follow-up discipline
• Communicate the value of CloudPlexo's AI, Cybersecurity, and Cloud solutions clearly

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field
• 0–1 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence on the phone
• Resilience and discipline to succeed in a high-activity, target-driven environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools or a strong willingness to learn them
• A genuine curiosity about technology and digital transformation
