About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive the first wave of pipeline generation for Factorial IT through multi-touch outreach including email, LinkedIn, calls, and video.
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities by identifying business pain points and matching them to our value proposition.
- Research and map target accounts to identify key IT and Operations decision-makers.
- Experiment with messaging and outreach strategies to help define early GTM playbooks and scalable processes.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handovers and improve conversion rates.
- Provide structured feedback to Product and Marketing teams to help shape market positioning and narratives.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and experiment data within HubSpot.
Requirements
- Expert Portuguese speaker with strong professional English skills.
- Previous experience in B2B SaaS sales roles (SDR, BDR, etc.) or strong motivation to develop in this field.
- Solid communication skills with the ability to articulate value clearly and confidently.
- Highly organized and structured, capable of managing high-velocity outreach.
- Ability to work toward ambitious targets within a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment.
- A proactive, experimental mindset with a genuine interest in SaaS and technology.
