About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential customers within Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), focusing on Security Operations Managers and Executives.
  • Conduct in-depth research on target accounts, including industry, size, revenue, and technology stack.
  • Manage outbound campaigns and engage with potential leads via various channels to qualify interest.
  • Qualify leads based on Budget, Timeline, Authority, and Need (BANT).
  • Assist Account Managers in managing the sales cycle, including updating CRM records and scheduling meetings.
  • Effectively hand off qualified leads to Account Managers with all necessary context and documentation.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of demonstrated success in a Sales Development Representative or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot Professional and other sales automation tools.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other research tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a results-oriented mindset.
