Sales Development Representative (SDR) Italian Market

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-touch, multichannel outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, video, and calls
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads specifically for the new IT product line
• Research target accounts and map IT decision-makers across the Italian market
• Refine outbound messaging and contribute to the development of early sales playbooks
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to maximize pipeline conversion
• Track all activity, feedback, and market learnings within HubSpot CRM

Requirements

• Native or bilingual proficiency in Italian
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Passion for technology, SaaS, and digital transformation
• Data-driven, organized, and goal-oriented mindset
• Ambitious and proactive attitude suited for a fast-changing startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in B2B SaaS or Tech sales
• Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other outreach tools
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
• Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment
