About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive the first wave of pipeline generation for Factorial IT through multi-touch outreach including email, LinkedIn, calls, and video.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities by identifying business pain points and matching them to our value proposition.
  • Research and map target accounts to identify key IT decision-makers in the DACH market.
  • Experiment with messaging and outreach strategies to help define early GTM playbooks and scalable processes.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handovers and improve conversion rates.
  • Provide structured feedback to Product and Marketing teams to help shape market positioning and narratives.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and learnings within HubSpot.

Requirements

  • Expert German speaker with professional English fluency.
  • Previous experience or strong motivation to develop in B2B SaaS sales roles (SDR/BDR).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value clearly and confidently.
  • Highly organized and structured, capable of managing high-velocity outreach.
  • An experimental mindset with a willingness to work toward ambitious targets in an early-stage startup environment.
