Responsibilities
- Build a pipeline of qualified business through cold calling, emailing, and social selling
- Own the sales pipeline from initial contact through qualification
- Translate technical product value into language suitable for developers and executives
- Provide feedback to Marketing and Product teams to shape messaging and roadmap
- Maintain high data hygiene standards using Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn
- Contribute to the development of the outbound sales playbook
Requirements
- Based in the UK, Spain, Germany, or Norway
- Previous experience in SaaS sales, ideally in a technical or developer-adjacent field
- Ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives (CTO, CMO)
- Competitive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and feedback
- Resilience in handling rejection and maintaining consistency
- Strong organizational skills and attention to data hygiene
