About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct account analysis to identify growth areas and expansion opportunities within existing contracts
- Use Salesforce and PowerBI to identify whitespace within accounts and regions
- Qualify opportunities through strategic client outreach and needs assessment
- Manage inbound leads and execute outbound campaigns to drive new business opportunities
- Qualify prospects, schedule discovery calls, and progress leads through the sales pipeline
- Support the sales cycle by shadowing live deals and contributing to demos and proposals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Fluency in both Japanese and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or internship in sales, client engagement, or financial services
- Familiarity with contract terms, pricing structures, or commercial processes
- Demonstrated resilience and a proactive growth mindset
