About the role

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and qualify inbound leads from various channels to determine readiness for the sales process
  • Initiate timely outreach via phone and email to conduct discovery and assess customer needs
  • Document all lead interactions and qualification details accurately within Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Nurture long-term leads through periodic follow-ups to maintain interest and build relationships
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine lead qualification criteria and optimize handoff processes
  • Track and report on key metrics including conversion rates and lead source performance

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or customer service role
  • Proven experience in lead qualification or lead generation
  • Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Ability to interpret lead data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a high-volume environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the manufacturing or construction sectors
  • Familiarity with insulation products and industry-specific applications
  • Knowledge of lead scoring models and qualification frameworks
  • Experience using marketing automation tools
