Responsibilities
- Build pipeline through outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn targeting high-value operators
- Make 20–30 or more cold calls per day to convert conversations into qualified meetings
- Research accounts and identify owners, operators, and executive decision makers
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads with clear judgment
- Navigate early objections and complex buying dynamics
- Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives
- Collaborate with AEs to improve messaging and targeting
- Help build outbound playbooks and best practices as the team scales
- Maintain accurate CRM data
Requirements
- 1–3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven outbound prospecting experience
- Ability to think on your feet and adjust approaches in real time
- High level of accountability and comfort with cold calling
