Responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality, sales-qualified leads through targeted outbound outreach to new companies in the Chinese market
  • Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold calling, email campaigns, and social media strategies
  • Qualify leads using the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) process
  • Establish expertise in EOR & Employment Solutions to educate leads
  • Develop creative communication sequences to engage decision-makers in Chinese businesses
  • Maintain high-quality data management in the CRM
  • Meet or exceed quarterly targets and KPIs

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
  • Experience in a technology company with a focus on the Chinese market preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills for calls and email writing
  • Proactive nature with a fearless approach to cold-calling
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas
  • Native Mandarin Chinese speaker with good English skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools
