Responsibilities

  • Identify and research target accounts in the HRTech and mid-market space
  • Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, calls, and events to generate qualified opportunities
  • Consistently create and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects to support revenue growth targets
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and assess fit for EOR and payroll solutions
  • Partner with Account Executives to hand over high-quality leads
  • Identify new market trends, customer pain points, and competitor activity
  • Move opportunities forward and close deals where appropriate

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or outbound prospecting
  • Proven success in outbound lead generation and booking meetings
  • Strong communication skills for crafting compelling outreach
  • Highly organized, resilient, and goal-driven
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Experience with sales engagement tools like Outreach or SalesLoft
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (C2 or equivalent)
