About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and prioritize target accounts across UK/I markets
- Execute outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, and events
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline aligned with growth targets
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges
- Adapt messaging and outreach strategies to different countries and industries
- Test, iterate, and optimize outbound sequences
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing
- Maintain accurate activity and opportunity tracking in CRM
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or outbound prospecting
- Proven success generating pipeline through outbound efforts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage high outreach volumes
- Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Fluent English (C2 or equivalent)
- Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
