Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn to qualify leads
- Perform product testing and QA to identify and document bugs and improvements
- Manage customer feedback to ensure product alignment with user pain points
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize product issues
- Conduct market research to refine outreach strategies and messaging
- Maintain documentation and QA logs for product findings
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in SDR, QA, customer support, or related roles
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments
- Proficiency with sales tools such as Clay, Apollo, Smartleads, Instantly.ai, Gong, or Fireflies
- Strong ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Proven experience in outbound prospecting and lead qualification
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using a variety of CRM and prospecting/enrichment software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
