Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Execute 100+ outbound calls daily to medical and dental practices
• Nurture prospective customers using marketing collateral and digital content
• Collaborate with Account Executives to align calling strategies
• Refine messaging and pitch approaches based on market feedback
• Manage KPIs including call volumes, appointment goals, and quality metrics
• Generate high-quality referrals for the sales team

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in high-activity sales, prospecting, or customer-facing roles
• Experience working in a metrics-driven environment
• Ability to handle high activity and frequent rejection
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work onsite in St. Petersburg, FL 4–5 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Salesforce CRM
• Experience with conversation tracking or AI software
• Background in payments, fintech, healthcare, or dental/medical sales
• Experience in high-velocity outbound SDR/BDR roles
