About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate pipeline through outbound via email, calls, and other channels
- Identify target accounts and reach out to prospective customers to book qualified meetings
- Qualify inbound leads and run initial discovery
- Research target companies and identify key stakeholders in IT, Security, and Operations
- Test and improve messaging, channels, and outreach approaches
- Manage activity and track key metrics in the CRM
- Collaborate with founders to refine go-to-market strategy
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar role
- Proven track record of strong performance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Disciplined, organized, and comfortable with high activity levels
- Ability to handle rejection and iterate on approaches
- Experience selling into IT, Security, or enterprise software is a plus
