About the role

Responsibilities

  • Generate pipeline through outbound via email, calls, and other channels
  • Identify target accounts and reach out to prospective customers to book qualified meetings
  • Qualify inbound leads and run initial discovery
  • Research target companies and identify key stakeholders in IT, Security, and Operations
  • Test and improve messaging, channels, and outreach approaches
  • Manage activity and track key metrics in the CRM
  • Collaborate with founders to refine go-to-market strategy

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar role
  • Proven track record of strong performance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Disciplined, organized, and comfortable with high activity levels
  • Ability to handle rejection and iterate on approaches
  • Experience selling into IT, Security, or enterprise software is a plus
