About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute a hybrid inbound and outbound engagement model to qualify leads, trials, and prospecting efforts into sales-ready opportunities
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute territory and account-based prospecting plans
  • Engage prospects through multiple channels including phone, email, video, social, and chat to identify business challenges
  • Qualify opportunities using established criteria and ensure accurate handoff to Sales with clear context and insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Channel teams on campaigns and partner-led initiatives
  • Leverage CRM, sales engagement platforms, and intent data to prioritize outreach and improve efficiency
  • Maintain accurate and timely activity, lead, and opportunity updates within the CRM

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Inside Sales, or a customer-facing B2B role
  • Strong communication, discovery, and qualification skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while executing structured prospecting plans
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work flexibly to support global teams and regional coverage

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology sales
