Probook is the AI Operating System for the home services industry, transforming how plumbing, HVAC, and electrical businesses operate. We unify our customers' processes into a single, scalable platform, giving businesses one place to run their entire dispatch operation.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute a high-volume outbound motion across cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn targeting top home service operators in the US
- Deliver a consistent volume of qualified meetings to the AE team each month
- Conduct account research to tailor approaches to specific business sizes and operational contexts
- Maintain clean, accurate records in Ashby for every prospect interaction
- Surface market patterns from outbound conversations to the Director of Growth and AE team
Requirements
- Based in NYC and excited to work in-office 5 days/week
- 1-2+ years of experience in a sales, SDR, or outbound-facing role
- Prior cold calling experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- High activity tolerance and CRM discipline
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to B2B SaaS or vertical software

- Base Salary: $75,000
- Variable: Up to $110,000 OTE
