Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Own activation and recovery for trial, dormant, and churned users to improve conversion rates.
• Qualify and route inbound and marketing leads based on segment and fit.
• Execute targeted outbound campaigns to independent hotels and properties.
• Analyze funnel behavior by segment and stage to identify and fix leaks.
• Design and run growth experiments to test hypotheses and measure lift.
• Build automations and playbooks to improve team workflows and conversion metrics.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, growth, customer success, or sales.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to read funnel data and isolate drop-offs.
• Strong, clear communication skills for international phone and written outreach.
• Proficiency with AI tools and a systems-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Highly organized with experience in CRM and pipeline management.
• Ability to work the required shift of 5 PM - 1:30 AM IST.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with low-code automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Background in short-term rentals, hospitality-tech, or the travel industry.
• Familiarity with tools like Zoho, Apollo, or cloud telephony.
• Proven track record of building automations that measurably improved business processes.
