Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Prospect, educate & qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
• Make strategic outbound calls & emails daily
• Collaborate with sales reps to schedule prospect calls, meetings and demos
• Master the ability to effectively tell the Podium story
• Align Podium solutions with business objectives & needs
• Ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers
• Acquire key prospect data from the initial conversation, the internet, and other sources
• Maintain clean and accurate data in CRM
• Proactively keep up to date on industry and technology landscape
• Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments, scheduled demos and deals closed

Requirements

• Ability to work in office Monday-Friday at Lehi HQ
• 6 months to 2 years of outbound sales experience (Seasonal, D2D, outbound, inside sales, etc.)
• 4-year degree preferred in Business or related field
• Strong work ethic, drive and eagerness to learn
