About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting across enterprise and growth accounts
- Secure meetings using LinkedIn, cold calling, email, events, and creative outreach
- Run experiments by testing sales ideas and analyzing results
- Conduct account research to build targeted prospect lists using tools like Claude, Clay, and AI workflows
- Execute multi-channel campaigns combining traditional and innovative methods
- Partner with AEs and founders on account planning and discovery preparation
Requirements
- 1–2 years of full-time sales experience in a quota-carrying or customer-facing role
- SaaS environment experience preferred
- Strong AI proficiency and enthusiasm for using AI tools in daily workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Curious mindset and technical adaptability
- Competitive and self-driven attitude
