About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting across enterprise and growth accounts
  • Secure meetings using LinkedIn, cold calling, email, events, and creative outreach
  • Run experiments by testing sales ideas and analyzing results
  • Conduct account research to build targeted prospect lists using tools like Claude, Clay, and AI workflows
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns combining traditional and innovative methods
  • Partner with AEs and founders on account planning and discovery preparation

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of full-time sales experience in a quota-carrying or customer-facing role
  • SaaS environment experience preferred
  • Strong AI proficiency and enthusiasm for using AI tools in daily workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Curious mindset and technical adaptability
  • Competitive and self-driven attitude
