About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate qualified leads for B2B enterprise accounts
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop targeted messaging and outreach strategies
  • Build and run outbound systems leveraging AI tools and automation
  • Execute high-volume outbound activity via cold calling, email, and social selling
  • Qualify new opportunities and navigate complex objections
  • Use data-driven approaches to track and improve outreach performance

  • Ambitious and self-motivated with comfort in a quota-carrying environment
  • AI-native mindset with interest in automation and scaling workflows
  • Demonstrated curiosity or hands-on experience with AI tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Sharp attention to detail and a data-driven approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience using CRM and Sales Engagement Platforms (Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft)
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools like Clay, ChatGPT, or Perplexity
  • Experience with data enrichment tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Knowledge of Finance, Accounts Receivable, ERP Systems, or B2B SaaS sales
