About the role
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate qualified leads for B2B enterprise accounts
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop targeted messaging and outreach strategies
- Build and run outbound systems leveraging AI tools and automation
- Execute high-volume outbound activity via cold calling, email, and social selling
- Qualify new opportunities and navigate complex objections
- Use data-driven approaches to track and improve outreach performance
Requirements
- Ambitious and self-motivated with comfort in a quota-carrying environment
- AI-native mindset with interest in automation and scaling workflows
- Demonstrated curiosity or hands-on experience with AI tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Sharp attention to detail and a data-driven approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience using CRM and Sales Engagement Platforms (Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools like Clay, ChatGPT, or Perplexity
- Experience with data enrichment tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Knowledge of Finance, Accounts Receivable, ERP Systems, or B2B SaaS sales
