Responsibilities
- Own top-of-funnel by identifying prospects and building targeted lists
- Run outbound campaigns end-to-end using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation
- Turn qualified conversations into pipeline by booking meetings for Account Executives
- Test messaging, sequences, timing, and targeting to optimize outreach
- Surface prospect feedback to improve go-to-market strategies
- Build processes and playbooks for future SDRs
Requirements
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Grit, resilience, and a passion for learning
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sales or customer-facing experience
