About the role
Responsibilities
- Follow up with and engage warm inbound leads to drive revenue growth and expand market reach
- Communicate with potential customers to collect feedback for improving marketing and sales methods
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine inbound SDR strategies and overall sales approaches
- Work closely with sales leaders and cross-functional team members to continuously learn and improve
- Consistently meet or exceed quotas to support team and company success
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in SMB SaaS
- Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding personal and professional goals
- Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills and a persistent approach
- Customer-obsessed mindset with a commitment to building long-term relationships
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring grit and resilience
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week at our Toronto office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in or selling to restaurants or small businesses
