Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social channels
- Source qualified leads from industry conferences, webinars, and marketing activations
- Attend industry conferences to network and generate new business
- Strategically identify and engage with decision-makers by tailoring outreach
- Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives for seamless lead handoff
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets
- Leverage CRM tools to track activity and measure success
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, GTM, and product teams
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage and influence senior-level executives
- High degree of organization and accountability
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Outreach, or Apollo)
- Self-starter approach comfortable in a dynamic startup environment
- Resourceful and persistent mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as an SDR at a SaaS or AI company
