Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate sales opportunities to expand the sales pipeline
• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling to communicate Ottimate's value proposition
• Engage with diverse prospects, from Directors to C-Suite Executives, via phone, email, and social media
• Perform thorough research to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to manage outreach to strategic accounts
• Maintain accurate contact information and data integrity using Salesforce
• Stay current on platform updates, market trends, and the competitive landscape

Requirements

• Located in or around the Tampa Bay area with the ability to work in-person 5 days per week
• Bachelor's degree
• Up to 2 years of professional experience, ideally in a customer-facing or quota-carrying role
• Strong communication skills with an engaging phone presence and articulate writing ability
• Highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Relentless drive, accountability, and a desire to learn and advance in a sales career

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR)
• Past experience in a relevant or adjacent market
