Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate sales opportunities by identifying and developing sales-ready leads
• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling to communicate value propositions
• Engage with prospects ranging from Directors to C-Suite Executives via phone, email, and social media
• Perform thorough research to identify key stakeholders within prospect organizations
• Collaborate with Account Executives to manage outreach to target accounts
• Maintain accurate contact information and data integrity using Salesforce
• Stay current on platform updates, competitive landscape, and market trends

Requirements

• Located in or around the Tampa Bay area with ability to work in-person 5 days per week
• Bachelor's degree
• Up to 2 years of professional experience, ideally in customer-facing or quota-carrying roles
• Strong desire to learn and advance in a sales career
• Excellent communication skills for both phone and written correspondence
• Highly organized with the ability to manage time in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous SDR experience
• Experience in relevant or adjacent markets
