About the role

Responsibilities

  • Make 100+ outbound calls per day to prospect new companies
  • Turn conversations into qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities
  • Research and identify new prospects and decision-makers
  • Maintain clean, accurate records in HubSpot CRM
  • Educate businesses on One Step’s IT and security solutions
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams

Requirements

  • Cold calling experience with a strong phone presence
  • Comfortable engaging strangers and handling rejection
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Tech-curious with ability to pick up systems quickly
  • Proven ability to get past gatekeepers and reach decision-makers
  • Desire to grow into a sales representative position
