About the role
Responsibilities
- Make 100+ outbound calls per day to prospect new companies
- Turn conversations into qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities
- Research and identify new prospects and decision-makers
- Maintain clean, accurate records in HubSpot CRM
- Educate businesses on One Step’s IT and security solutions
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams
Requirements
- Cold calling experience with a strong phone presence
- Comfortable engaging strangers and handling rejection
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Tech-curious with ability to pick up systems quickly
- Proven ability to get past gatekeepers and reach decision-makers
- Desire to grow into a sales representative position
Benefits
- $22–$24 per hour base pay plus commissions and bonuses
- OTE of $60K–$70K or more
