About the role

Responsibilities

  • Generating qualified sales meetings for senior sales reps
  • Making sales calls: cold and warm
  • Attending networking events and conferences
  • Prospecting on LinkedIn using Sales Navigator
  • Identifying the needs of prospective clients
  • Setting up the sales team for success on your accounts
  • Meticulously tracking your work

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills and energetic phone presence
  • High level of comfort with sales, prospecting and marketing tools & processes
  • Dedication to tracking and improving performance and efficiency on a daily basis
  • Deep interest in AI
  • Sense of entrepreneurship and high sense of urgency
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Eagerness to learn and open to coaching

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of recent experience as an SDR or BDR in the B2B space
  • 1+ year of experience working in SaaS
  • Experience with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Nooks, or Outreach.io
  • Knowledge or experience with the lending industries
  • Expertise managing a pipeline in Salesforce
  • Experience at a high-growth startup
