About the role
Responsibilities
- Generating qualified sales meetings for senior sales reps
- Making sales calls: cold and warm
- Attending networking events and conferences
- Prospecting on LinkedIn using Sales Navigator
- Identifying the needs of prospective clients
- Setting up the sales team for success on your accounts
- Meticulously tracking your work
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent listening skills and energetic phone presence
- High level of comfort with sales, prospecting and marketing tools & processes
- Dedication to tracking and improving performance and efficiency on a daily basis
- Deep interest in AI
- Sense of entrepreneurship and high sense of urgency
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Eagerness to learn and open to coaching
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of recent experience as an SDR or BDR in the B2B space
- 1+ year of experience working in SaaS
- Experience with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Nooks, or Outreach.io
- Knowledge or experience with the lending industries
- Expertise managing a pipeline in Salesforce
- Experience at a high-growth startup
