Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Partner with a dedicated AE to drive outbound activity across Tier 1 and Tier 2 strategic accounts
• Execute structured outbound campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, and marketing-generated leads
• Leverage tools like SFDC, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo to prioritize and personalize outreach
• Track account engagement signals and respond to real-time interest from marketing campaigns
• Set qualified meetings that turn into high-quality opportunities
• Contribute to team strategy and provide feedback on messaging and campaign effectiveness

Requirements

• 1–3 years of SDR/BDR experience in a B2B SaaS environment
• Ability to write thoughtful, concise, and compelling outreach messages
• Experience with outbound tools such as Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Comfort engaging VP- and C-level stakeholders
• Curious and growth-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling to healthcare organizations or tech platforms
• Familiarity with ABM tools like 6sense, Demandbase, or Terminus
• Prior experience in an enterprise or account-based motion
